Relaxation Massage
75 Minutes a session - $90
A relaxation massage features a mild and flowing method designed to relieve muscular tension, blood circulation, and cultivate an encompassing sense of calmness. The application of this massage incorporates Swedish techniques known for their long, rhythmic strokes and delicate circular actions that aid in alleviating adhesion and promoting improved blood flow. Graston Technique Massage
30 minutes a session - $60
Add-On to Therapeutic Massage - $30
Graston technique is a type of manual therapy utilizing specialized, stainless-steel tools (instruments) to gently massage and rub the skin in specific directions.
Light to moderate pressure is applied by hand using beveled instruments in sweeping motions directly on the skin.
This approach is best done by practitioners such as chiropractors, athletic trainers, osteopaths, physical therapists, and massage therapists with specific training in the Graston technique!
When applied correctly, Graston helps break up scar tissue, fascia adhesion, myofascial restrictions, and mobilizes soft tissues such as ligaments and tendons.
This reduces pain, shortens healing time, and promotes better healing for injured soft tissues.
Graston is a great tool in the toolbox, so to speak, to improve the outcome of a treatment plan!
This approach is called an instrument-assisted soft tissue technique, or IASTM for short.
Myofascial Cupping/
Traditional Cupping
30 minutes a session - $50
Add-On to Therapeutic Massage - $20
Myofascial Cupping: This modern approach targets the myofascial system, the interconnected network of fascia and muscles that plays a crucial role in movement, stability, and overall bodily function. Myofascial cupping utilizes silicone cups with a soft, pliable rim that allows practitioners to manipulate the skin and underlying tissues. The suction created by these cups lifts the fascia and promotes blood flow, leading to improved tissue mobility, reduced muscle tension, and enhanced range of motion.
Traditional Cupping: Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, this technique focuses on balancing the body's energy and addressing issues related to qi, or life force. Glass or bamboo cups are heated, creating a vacuum that draws the skin and underlying tissues upwards. As the cups cool, the skin is pulled into the cups, causing temporary red marks known as "cupping marks." Traditional cupping is believed to stimulate energy flow, release toxins, and promote healing by restoring balance to the body.

Some people with medical conditions find that they feel less pain and discomfort if they have less stress, and reflexology may help with that.

Joints, ligaments and muscles tend to be put through the wringer as pregnancy progresses, making more room for baby and accommodating the extra weight.
